TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Amar Fragrances:

     1. Product Safety and Usage

    • External Use Only: All fragrances are intended for external application to the skin or clothing only. Do not ingest.

    • Keep Out of Reach of Children: Products must be stored in a secure location away from children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.

    • Flammability: Perfumes contain ethanol and are highly flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces.

    • 2. Performance and Maturation (Maceration)

    • Batch Maturation: As our fragrances are handcrafted in specific batches, new bottles may require a "maturation" period to reach their full olfactory potential.

    • Performance Advice: If your fragrance is not performing as expected upon arrival, we recommend storing it in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks. This allows the ingredients to fully bond and the scent profile to "mature" and stabilize.

    • 3. Allergy and Sensitivity

    • Patch Test: We recommend performing a small patch test on the inside of your wrist before full application to check for skin sensitivities.

    • Liability: Amar Fragrances is not responsible for any individual allergic reactions to ingredients. Please review ingredient lists if you have known sensitivities.

    • 4. Artistic Integrity

    • Original Creations: Amar Fragrances produces original artistic creations. We do not sell "impressions" or copies of designer brands.

    • Intellectual Property: All product names (e.g., LUSH), logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Amar Fragrances.

    • 5. Shipping and Handling

  • Measurement Standards: We ensure accuracy in our production by measuring perfume oils in grams and ethanol in milliliters for consistent quality.

  • Storage: To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your bottle away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. 

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

  • Delivery Timeline: Shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification to track your package.

7. Return and Refund Policy

  • 15-Day Window: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.

  • Return Process: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 15-day window to initiate the return process.
